Newberry Harvest Festival event!


Please review "Eligible Vendors" section & submit the application & event fee in the form below. 


Eligible  Vendors:


  • Eligible:

    • offering unique, handcrafted items– such as art or crafts

    • dessert food vendors (no entree style vendors allowed)

  • Limited: 

    • Only 30 Vendor Spaces Available

    • We will only be accepting 5 MLM Consultant Businesses (ie. Mary Kay, Premier Jewelry, Tupperware). One vendor spot per business. First come, First in. (7/7/22 Color Street vendor spot has been taken)

    • It is at our sole discretion to limit vendor categories selling or featuring similar products. We will accept vendors on a first come, first in basis. We will notify & refund your vendor fee if we are no longer taking vendors in your category.


Approved vendors ​may purchase admission into the event for a maximum of 2 people. All other individuals in your party must purchase regular attendee admission. See vendor options below:

1 Person Vendor Admission: $35

includes event entry for 1 person, 1 vendor space, 1 souvenir glass & 5 tasting tickets​

2 People Vendor Admission: $45

includes event entry for 2 people, 1 vendor space, 2 souvenir glasses & 10 tasting tickets

(1 glass/person, 5 tickets/person)​

Vendor Rules

  • Please Note: All applications are subject to ERW approval & discretion. If you are not an eligible vendor, another MLM has already registered or your vendor category is already filled, we will notify you & refund your application fee. Please note, all other application fees are non-refundable including in the event of a no-show.

  • IF ERW cancels the event, an in-person store credit (minus processing fee) will be issued. Credit must be used within 60 days.

The following is a guideline for your day at our event:

  • You can arrive as early as 8am. The festival begins at 11am and attendees can start arriving as early as 10:30am.

  • You may pull up to your booth site to unload your car but then move your car before 10:15am to the left of the vineyard facing the tree line.

  • You must bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

  • We do not have electricity available.

  • Please make sure you have a booth “buddy” so you can free yourself to use the restroom as needed. We do not have the manpower to cover your booth while you are away.

  • Please see the "Eligible Vendors" section above for more information on allowed vendors.

  • We ask that you stay the entire festival due to parking and turning limitations.

  • There will be food truck(s) and porta pottys on site. There is also a restroom inside the upstairs tasting room area.

  • Please see the "Vendor Pricing" section above for more information on price for admission & space as a vendor. Please note the Vendor Admission is a nonrefundable fee. Vendor Admission must be purchased online.

  • If you would like to give away some of your products as door prizes, please let us know. You will be mentioned by the emcee as the prizes are given away.

  • No other alcohol, personal cups (i.e., YETIs, fountain drink cups, etc.) or illegal drugs are allowed on our property. If noticed, you will be asked to leave.

  • We are a smoke free campus, No smoking or Vaping on our property..

  • Please let us know 48 hours in advance if you will not be able to attend. All application fees are non-refundable.

  • MLM Vendor Eligibility: Only 1 Consultants will be allowed per MLM (multi level marketing company)–first come, first serve basis–and a total number of 5 MLM vendor spaces will be allowed. MLM Companies include, but are not limited to: Mary Kay, Rodan & Fields, Tupperware, Premier Jewelry, etc.​​ Once the maximum number of MLM spaces have been reserved, we will tentatively accept additional submissions on a waiting list to fill any cancellations. Any tentative MLM vendors who are not granted access by filling a cancellation spot will be refunded.
