Sweepstakes Rules, Terms & Condition

Eligibility:The Enoree River Winery Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal US residents–living in South Carolina. Entrants must be at least twenty-one (21) years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Enoree River Vineyards & Winery and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, and their respective partners, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

Sponsor:

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Enoree River Vineyards & Winery LLC (the "Sponsor"), located at 1650 Dusty Road Newberry, SC 29108 (the "Location"). 

 

Agreement to Official Rules:

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. By entering this Sweepstakes, you also agree to a complete release of Facebook & acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.

 

Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, 4/9/2020 at 12:00 PM EST and ends on Friday, 4/23/2020 at 11:59 AM EST  (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted based on the Entry Rules during the Sweepstakes Period

How to enter:

Each week for three (3) consecutive weeks, Enoree River Winery will post a new graphic in which entrants may submit their entry. Entrants will have until 11:59 PM EST on the day the post is live on the Enoree River Vineyards & Winery Facebook Page to Enter to Win. A graphic including ("Week 1," Week 2," and "Week 3" will correspond to the respective week in which the post is live for entry with "Week 1" of the Sweepstakes starting Thursday, April 9, 2020, "Week 2" of the Sweepstakes starting Thursday, April 16, 2020, and "Week 3" of the Sweepstakes, also the final week, starting Thursday, April 23, 2020.)

 

To enter, entrants must complete of the following terms in order enter the Sweepstakes with a valid submission:

1. Comment on the respective "Week 1," "Week 2," and/or "Week 3," post on Enoree River Winery's Facebook Page with the name of an Enoree River Vineyards & Winery Wine for one (1) entry. For a bonus entry, entrants may also comment a picture on the respective post. Valid entries may be submitted on the respective weekly post on Enoree River Vineyards & Winery Facebook Page at  https://www.facebook.com/enoree.vineyards/​

Limit two (2) entries per person, per week for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Entries received from any person, e-mail address, or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Each eligible person may enter each week, but is limited to winning one (1) Prize for the duration of the Sweepstakes. All other entries by winners in following weeks will be disqualified.

Prize Drawing: 

Three (3) potential winners will be selected at random with one (1) potential winner being selected each week.

• On or about Friday, 4/10/19 at approximately Noon EST, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the "Week 1" post on Thursday April 9, 2020. 

• On or about Friday, 4/16/19 at approximately Noon EST, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the "Week 2" post on Thursday April 17, 2020. 

• On or about Friday, 4/24/19 at approximately Noon EST, the Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the "Week 3" post on Thursday April 23, 2020.  

The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Facebook Messenger or on the original entrant's post comment within 24 hours of the respective Drawing dates above and time, approximately Noon EST. If the potential winner does not respond by Facebook comment or Facebook messenger response to "claim" the Prize within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries. 

 

Winner Notification:

The three potential winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger or on the original entrant's post comment within 24 hours of the end of the respective week's Sweepstake's post. The potential winner may be required to complete and sign in-person a Declaration of Compliance upon picking up the gift certificate at the Sponsor Locations, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign the Declaration of Compliance, or prize returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. If the potential winner is at least 21 year's old but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize ito an alternate winner chosen at random from the respective week's entrants. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditional of these Official Rules, and a winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that one (1) potential winner is disqualified for any reason during any of the three (3) weeks, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only one (1) alternate drawings will be held for each respective week, if applicable, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prize may be redeemed starting April 9, 2020 during normal business hours at the Location.

Prize:

A Total of Three (3) $20 Enoree River Winery Gift Certificates with a retail value of up to twenty dollars $20 each. One (1) $20 Enoree River Winery Gift Certificate (the "Sweepstakes Prize") with a retail value of up to twenty dollars $20 will be awarded each respective week for the duration of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes Prize is non-transferrable.

Prize Selection:

Winner may use his/her Prize towards an in-person purchase of wine by the bottle at the Sponsor Location. If the Winner selects a bottle of Enoree River Winery wine greater than the retail price limit of the "Sweepstakes Prize" , then the Winner will be obligated to pay the difference including tax. The winner agrees that the Sweepstakes Prize may not be redeemed or returned for cash.

Privacy:

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy on the Sponsor's website, enoreeriverwinery.com.
