Thank you for shopping with Enoree River Winery Please review the following shipping and return information before placing your order.

Product Types

Our online shop may include wine, apparel, glassware, and other merchandise. Shipping and return rules may differ depending on the type of product purchased.

Wine Shipping Area

At this time, wine orders are available only for shipment to addresses within the State of South Carolina, subject to applicable law and order review. Orders placed for wine delivery outside South Carolina will not be fulfilled.

Non-Wine Merchandise Shipping

Non-wine merchandise, such as shirts, wine glasses, and similar items, may be shipped according to the shipping options shown at checkout. Shipping availability for non-wine items may differ from wine shipping restrictions.

Winery Pickup

Select products may be available for pickup at our winery location. If pickup is available for your order, that option will appear at checkout.

You will receive notice when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for pickup until you receive confirmation.

If your pickup order includes wine, the person picking up the order must be at least 21 years old and may be required to present a valid government-issued ID at pickup.

Age Requirement for Wine

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from this website. By placing an order for wine, you certify that both the purchaser and the recipient, if applicable, are at least 21 years of age.

Adult Signature Required for Wine Shipments

All shipped wine orders require the signature of an adult age 21 or older upon delivery. A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of delivery. We recommend shipping wine to a business address or another location where an eligible adult will be available during delivery hours.

Wine Shipment Handling

Wine shipments are fulfilled using approved carrier services that support alcohol shipping requirements, including adult-signature delivery. Orders are processed through our shipping platform and handled in accordance with applicable wine-shipping requirements.

Quantity Limits

Wine orders are subject to applicable legal limits. Enoree River Winery reserves the right to limit, delay, or cancel wine orders as needed to comply with South Carolina law and shipping requirements.

Order Review

All orders are subject to review before fulfillment. We may contact you to verify order details, shipping information, pickup details, age-related confirmations, or other compliance-related information.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [ORDER PROCESSING TIME], excluding weekends, holidays, weather delays, and periods of high order volume.

Delivery Issues for Wine Shipments

We are not responsible for failed wine delivery attempts due to the absence of an adult age 21 or older, incorrect shipping information, inaccessible delivery locations, or carrier delays. Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be reshipped or rerouted.

Weather Holds

To protect wine quality, Enoree River Winery may delay wine shipments during periods of extreme heat, cold, or severe weather. If a weather hold is placed, your order will ship when conditions are safer for transit.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within [DAMAGED ORDER NOTICE WINDOW] of delivery or pickup at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] or [CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if damage is involved.

Returns for Wine

Because wine is a perishable and regulated product, we generally do not accept returns of wine once it has been delivered or picked up, except where required by law or when the order is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns for Non-Wine Merchandise

Unused non-wine merchandise, such as shirts or glassware, may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the conditions below:

  • item must be unused and in original condition;

  • return request must be made within [REFUND WINDOW IF ANY] of delivery or pickup;

  • customer may be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds and Replacements

If we determine that an item was damaged in transit, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for remedy, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, at our discretion and where permitted by law.

Refused or Returned Wine Shipments

If a wine shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable because no eligible adult was available, or because the shipping information provided was incorrect, Enoree River Winery may deduct original shipping charges, return fees, and applicable handling costs from any refund, where permitted by law.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders

Pickup orders not collected within [PICKUP WINDOW] may be canceled, restocked, or otherwise handled at our discretion. If the order includes wine, pickup will only be released to an individual age 21 or older.
