2. Eligibility

This website is intended for adults. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine from this website or to pick up or receive wine orders. By placing a wine order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and that any recipient or pickup person for the wine order is also at least 21 years old.

Non-wine merchandise may be browsed and purchased by individuals who are legally permitted to do so, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products Offered

Our online shop may offer wine, apparel, glassware, and other merchandise. Certain products may have different purchase, shipping, pickup, or return requirements depending on the product type.

Wine products are subject to additional legal restrictions, including age verification, adult-signature delivery requirements for shipped orders, and shipping-location limitations.

4. Shipping and Pickup Availability

Wine is offered only for lawful shipment and delivery within the State of South Carolina, subject to applicable law, permit requirements, and order review. Wine orders placed for shipment outside South Carolina may be canceled.

Some products may also be available for pickup at our winery. If pickup is available for your order, that option will appear at checkout. Pickup of wine orders may require valid government-issued identification and proof that the person receiving the order is age 21 or older.

Non-wine merchandise may be available for shipping according to the options shown at checkout.

5. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by Enoree River Winery. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including but not limited to:

• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

• inventory errors or product unavailability;

• pricing errors;

• shipping or address issues;

• weather or product-safety concerns;

• age-verification concerns;

• legal or compliance concerns.

An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance or shipment.

 

6. Pricing and Product Information

All prices, product descriptions, vintages, images, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to present products accurately, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions, images, colors, packaging, or vintages will always appear exactly as delivered.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully submitted and approved before an order is processed. If payment is declined, delayed, reversed, flagged for review, or otherwise not approved, we may cancel or delay the order.

8. Wine Order Requirements

By placing a wine order, you certify that:

• you are at least 21 years of age;

• any person receiving or picking up the wine order is at least 21 years of age;

• the order is being placed in compliance with applicable law;

• the information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

All shipped wine orders require an adult signature by a person age 21 or older at delivery. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by the absence of an eligible adult, incorrect address information, or delivery issues outside our control.

9. Quantity Limits

Orders may be subject to legal or operational limits. Enoree River Winery reserves the right to limit quantities, reject orders, or delay fulfillment as needed to comply with applicable law or shipping requirements.

10. Pickup Orders

If you select winery pickup, you must wait until you receive notice that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup orders must be collected from the winery location listed at checkout or on the Contact page.

If a pickup order includes wine, pickup will only be released to a person age 21 or older and may require presentation of a valid government-issued ID.

​

Pickup orders not claimed within Enoree River Winery may be canceled, restocked, or otherwise handled at our discretion.

11. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping, pickup, return, replacement, and refund terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Wine orders are generally not returnable once delivered or picked up, except where required by law or where an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-wine merchandise may be eligible for return or exchange according to the conditions listed in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the website or our business.
